Our New York sublet apartments located at Morton St in the West Village, offer an affordable and comfortable solution when coming to New York for short term. They are tastefully decorated using a modern design and include everything you need for your short term rental. These NY sublets include a kitchenette with a small fridge and microwave; fully equipped with all necessary kitchenware.  For additional accommodation we have included a small sofa bed that pulls out into a twin bed.  Local phone calls are free. The sublets in this building are very quiet and most of them face the back of the building. The building has elevator and a part time doorman to receive delivery. There is no laundry in the building.

The building is located in a very quiet tree lined street, full of beautiful townhouses in the residential area of the West Village. It is located 3 blocks to the Hudson River boardwalk and walking distance to Soho, East Village, Tribeca, Washington Square Park and more. 

The subway station is located 3 blocks away on 7th Ave and Christopher St for the 1 train or on 6th Ave and W3/W4 Streets for the A, C, E, F, V & S trains. 3 blocks away on Greenwich St, you have the D'Agostino supermarket.
