How do I rent a furnished apartment?

1 – Find the short term rental that you like by selecting from studios, 1 and 2 bedrooms in this website. You can also search by        price, neighborhood and luxury apartments. You will be able to view pictures, videos, building and surrounding photos,        neighborhood information and where it is located in the Google map.

2 – Select the furnished apartments you are interested in and click on “Request More Info” to fill out our request form.

3 – As soon as we receive your request, one of our agents will contact you immediately with more information on the apartments        you selected.

4 – After you preview and chose one of our New York short term rentals, your agent will E-mail you all necessary forms to start the        rental process.

5 – Once the landlord approved your application, your agent will provide you with the lease and the invoice to finalize your         Manhattan short term rental.
