How it works ?

I make updates with the free available nights on our FACEBOOK WALL. Example: "Free available nights: June 16 & June 17. Who wants to take them?"

The first person writting the comment "I want them!" to my post, will get to stay at the apartment for FREE. 

People taking the 2 nights for free will have to fill out and sign the same reservation form used for regular bookings. The rent amount will be $0 and there will be a $500 security deposit held as an authorization only on the credit card (like hotels do).
