New York City born Alex Perez focuses 100% of his time on rental clients; his extensive knowledge of the city allows him to quickly find the perfect match for each client. Known to his clients for doing "Lunch Break Previews," Alex picks his clients up at lunch to look at hot new listings and has them back to work within an hour. "I offer my clients car service. This enables me to show the most apartments in the shortest period of time." His current record is 17 apartments in one day, when he showed one man apartments from 9am until 10pm.

After a long career working as a Telecommunications Executive Alex was ready to try something new and real estate proved to be a perfect career change. He started his career at Citi-Habitats, NYC’s largest rental company. During his time at Citi’s he won the awards in 2005-06 Top Rental Agent, Top Customer Service Agent and Rookie of the Year. When asked to describe where his success comes from, he notes, "I’m honest. I’m a Marine and I answer to a higher code of ethics." He honestly believes that each apartment he rents is for him and he is nothing but loyal, service-oriented and knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate.
