Born and raised in NY, bi-lingual, Spanish is my first language. I have been in real estate for over 10 years. I enjoy helping my clients in providing them with the best housing accommodations.

As well as receiving they're positive feedback for my hardwork and efforts in giving them what they request. I am always reachable so my clients can always receive an immediate response when they send me email. I am also reachable on my mobile at all times. I had a client traveling from Spain, and she was concerned that she was six hours ahead and wanted to take care of a wire transfer. And I told her that if she had any questions or problems that she could call me on my mobile no matter the time. It was 5:30am when I got her call with questions, and she was surpirised that I actually answered and helped her. Needless to say, she was very happy with my services and will be forwarding her friends to me when they travel to NY, so that I can provide them with housing accommodations.

I treat my clients with the same curtesy and respect that I expect when I go to another organization for help. Therefore, I always attract the right customers and end up having a good relationship with them. I also have another client that emailed me after re-negotiating a few of his lease agreements and got his rents reduced "Liz you work too hard" So, pride myself with keeping my clients happy.
